At amane heavenly rain, we’re sure you will be completely satisfied with your order. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you would like to make a return or refund, you will find all of the information you need below!  Please note that the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all assessories and manuals along with proof of purchase or online order reference.

Online Return Policy - 30 Day Guarantee

At amane Heavenly Rain, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase made from amane-heavenly-rain.com or amane-heavenly-rain.myshopify.com.   We recommend you read our Returns Policy prior to you making a purchase from our website, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your legal rights and remedies. We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you to ensure you are completely satisfied.  If purchase is damaged in Transit (by the delivery company) please contact our Customer Support Team at online-orders@amane-heavenly-rain.com within 3 days of delivery.  Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and manuals.

Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as products that are intimate, or personal care goods, like soaps, shampoos, towels and others if original packaging is open or tampered with.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards;
Some health and personal care items;

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.  If you live outside EU customs, import fees may apply.

If you are shipping a return item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Your Right to Cancel your Order (Right of Withdrawal)

Subject to the terms set out below, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods, provided that:

(a)  it is before and up to 14 days starting from the day after the goods are received by you.

(b)  the goods are in perfect condition.

(c)  the packaging remains in an ‘as new’ state.

Prior to returning the goods, please contact our Online Team at online-orders@amane-heavenly-rain.com who will guide you through our returns procedures. 

(a)  You will be responsible for the cost to return the goods to us. A full refund of the value of the goods will be made upon our receipt of the returned goods.

(b)  In the interest of hygiene, personal care or intimate items cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.

(c) Customised or personalised goods cannot be refunded or exchanged.

This Returns Policy is in accordance with The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC) and the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts made by means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001 as amended. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, Refunds will be made via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days of receipt of the returned goods (as set out herein) or cancellation of the order.

Return of Faulty Goods

Prior to returning the goods by post or courier, please contact our Online Orders Team online-orders@amane-heavenly-rain.com who will guide you through our hassle free returns procedure. This may include inspection of the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement.

Goods must be returned within a reasonable timeframe. This timeframe may vary from product to product and you will be advised of this by our Customer Support Team.

Repair of Faulty Goods

Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time frame. You may be provided with an indicative repair time. These times may vary due to reasons beyond both our control and the repairer’s, i.e. part availability or incorrect fault description.

You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees if goods are determined to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2007 or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply. We may provide you with an indicative fee; this fee may vary due to reasons beyond our control.

In some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods delivered to you are damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team at online-orders@amane-heavenly-rain.com within 3 days of delivery. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and manuals.

Your Consumer Rights

Consumer contracts are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 (as amended) (“the Act”) and other applicable legislation.

Under the Act the purchaser of goods has a number of rights, including that:

(a)  goods must be of merchantable quality – goods should be of reasonable quality taking into account what they are meant to do, their durability and their price.

(b)  goods must be fit for their purpose – they must do what they are reasonably expected to do.

(c)  goods must be as described – the buyer must not be misled into buying something by the description of goods or services given orally by a salesperson or an advertisement.

These rights cannot be excluded and are in addition to any extended warranty you may purchase or any voluntary manufacturer’s warranty you may be given.

There may be circumstances where you are not entitled to a remedy.

12 Months Warranty

During the warranty period, if any failure occurs in normal use, we will repair it free of charge.


For repair, please ask your dealer for the warranty.


We will repair for a fee in the following cases:
1. When broken using tap water, water other than well water or hot water of 70 degrees C or more.
2. If accidentally dropped or damaged by a strong shock.
3. When damaged by the use of thinner or benzine.
4. When broken using non-genuine parts.
5. In the case of unusual use.
6. If the product has failed due to remodelling or improper repair.
7. Failure due to fire, earthquake, flood, lightening, freezing, other natural disasters, pollution weather conditions and environmental conditions.
8. When ignoring and using the manual.
9. In case of failure due to mishandling in use.
10. If there is no presentation of quality assurance.
11. If the date of purchase, the name of store is not listed on the warranty ty card, or if the character is rewritten.
12. Consumption of consumable parts by dirt and sand in the piping, red rust or water stains.
13. Problems due to aged deterioration and parts consumption, improper care.
